So, I've an edition of this release and I don't know lots of things about it. The night I met Jon Schaffer, he said to me that it was the very first edition. But does anybody knows its price, the number of CDs that were pressed, or anything else ? Any information is welcome !

On Ebay a used one costs about 15-20~ (dollars).
How many that has been pressed? I have no idea!!!

The very first Night of the Stormrider cover art looked like this:
Ugly huh? Yeah that whats the guys on Century Media thought to! This image (if you can call it image) was sent to Century Media headquarters in Germany just one day before the deadline of the cover. But as I said before, they thought it was extremely ugly and they refused to print it.
So there only option was to call in Axel Hermann he had done a couple of other covers for CM, they gave him 1 night to get the cover ready! His first attempt was even worse than the "original" one. It became "The Flying Frog".
Bit since they knew that Axel had talent they gave him another shot... This time he made it better.
That's a little info about the Cover art of NotS
isnt there a few diffrent versions of the self title too?

If you have The Flying Frog as cover, you probably have the Japan import...

Yes I indeed did have the "flying frog" cover as an avatar when I first joined. I have since switched to the awesome regular cover.
