After Pt. 2?So what kind of album do you think Iced Earth are going to do after Something Wicked Pt. 2?
I think it's probably going to be a Remastered Glorious Burden or some other Historical based album! But i wouldn't be sad if they stopped doing albums, as long as they are touring i am happy.

Seeing as how mixed the reviews were, idk if jon would consider it again.
Matt said it himself, there are so many more stories to tell.
Jon could go back to the Faust and Paradise Lost concepts for all i know.

I don't think they would remaster TGB since it's not that old. Another history-theme album would be nice, but i don't believe that they do that either. But anyway, as long as they keep making good records and touring and come to finland  im happy. Oh, and Jon has said many times that as long as he's around Iced Earth will be around

The next album all depends on what happens in Part 2 in my opinion. For instance, if Jon decides to let the humans survive, an album could be made about their awakening from the clouding. If they are wiped out then the setians return to power and healing of their planet could be themed. Or they could take it entirely in another direction and do about the demons and underworlds like they did in Burnt Offerings and The Dark Saga. Whatever they decide to do, it will be epic and we are all fans for life!!!!

Hmmm...after Part 2 eh? I can see Jon doing some material in the new cd of current U.S politics, especially the war in Iraq, but maybe only one song. It's sad that the closest we got to Barlow singing about real war was Ghost of Freedom. This was before we all knew he would rejoin the band though...so hopefully Jon does at least one song about real war. Gettysburg is just..fantastic.

Now that Matt's back I think that Jon will start to make music that will fit Matt's voice again, so I think the next album will be a little like Horror Show, but perhaps with more power metal elements like in FA. Then again I haven't heard Crucible yet, so that should come first :p

more like century media probably forced the band to make an album. he liked the music but remember there were some problems in the IE camp at the time. Barlow was thinking of leaving. So memories can be connected to music hence his hatred for burnt offerings. which was more hell because he was wondering whether or not hed have a band after NOTSR

i'd like to see a one time reunion show for the 20th anniversary of IE's self title album with Gene Adam, Dave Abell, Randy Shawver, and Mike McGill. And make that one time reunion show into a live cd or dvd. same thing for NOTSR and BO
