Singer sounds to much like Ozzy.
Instrumentally they're nothing special.
Boring IMO.
And the name is the worst (Metal) band name ever.

They´re a pretty good band. Not the best I´ve ever heard, but they definately have some great records and great songs.
Despite the quality of the band, I´ve got one thing to say:
ZAKK WYLDE F*CKING ROCKS!!
Zakk definately is one of my favorite guitar players.
