Yes it is, they are definitely (considering I never heard anything from them til this leaked album, so musically and vocally their older stuff I have no idea what it sounds like), a great band. The music is basically Iced Earth worship, and with Barlow's vocals, I would say this can easily be mistaken for a long lost IE album. But that is my opinion.
