I loved it. Not a typiclal Iced Earth album in the sound department, but still enjoyable.

i really have to say i was very...i guess you could say let down with FA it jus didnt have the same feel of iced earth that i have come to love,
but as always that is just my opinion.

Framing Armageddon is awesome imo  And now with Matt back in the band, i have really, really high expectations towards Pt.2 i believe that they have a chance of making the best IE album so far (or at least the best since SWTWC)

Well Dennis Hayes is with Ripper.
He joined because he is in Beyond Fear and Iced Earth needed a bassist, so ripper asked to bring him in.
If you only fired the singer and kept the bassist when they are together in the same band, there would be some uneasiness in Iced Earth and/or Beyond Fear.
I guess you can see maybe there was a little nobility in this situation. Or it could be he knew that Dennis would leave if Ripper was fired.
these are my only opinions. no1 should take them as fact.

My opinion is that Jon Schaffer has done his finest songwriting to date on Framing Armageddon. Yes Tim Owens sounded different to the Iced Earth feel of things with his singing style but it works very well. The emotion in his voice matches the lyrics very well. Matt Barlow is however still my preference and with Jon Schaffer getting this epic with the lyrics, Something Wicked Part 2 will definately be the best album to date! I truly cant wait! Barlow will be back with a bang and sound better than ever when we find out the end to the Setian Prophecy

I wouldn't say that. Matt could've sang them just as well.

Same with Setian Massacre. (Those two are my favorites)

Its an itunes exclusive on the new single, I Walk Among you. 1. I Walk Alone 2. Setian Massacre 3. The Clouding and It also has A Charge to Keep only available from itunes as a bonus track. All of these are sung by Matt Barlow. I Walk Alone will appear on the new album, Revelation Abomination.

No, I Walk Alone will only be on the single, it will be I Walk Among you on Revelation.
