QuestionIs there any sort of policy regarding linking the new cd before its released?

As it is illegal (unless given permission by SPV and or Iced Earth, which I doubt will be given to anyone) I would say don't do it. Plus if a link of new album is leaked it will probably be like the last leak and have voice overs every so often during the songs anyway. But let's get other admins thoughts on this, as I am no authority on the rules here.

I didn't know they were finished with it for a leak to come out.

Part 1 got leaked during the end of July as well, but with voice-overs.
