I've got very few CDs, Blessed and The Damned, Burnt Offerings, Something Wicked this Way Comes [it was actually my friends], but I plan on buying an copy of NOTSR off ebay.
Probably Setain Massacre or some other random song I remember hearing off Framing Armageddon, Reaping Stone isn't all that bad but not the greatest. Consequences starts off as shit, get it's better as goes along like a lot of songs from SWTWC.

I find it funny that all the songs you listed were Ripper tracks. Except for I guess Invasion; it doesn't have any lyrics.

I'd have to say Hollow Man. There's nothing really going for that song at all. I wont count the segues and stuff. Call me retarded, but I just found out how to properly pronouce "Segue". I pronounced it SEEGE (like Sage or page, but SEE) It's SEG-WAY.... DAMNIT I'm stupid.
Written On The Walls - Cast In Stone is better
Desert Rain - Since Before The Vision and Reaching The End are more like segues, I had to make a tough choice. NotS is a pretty much perfect album.
The Pierced Spirit - Nice, but not a multi listenable song
Scarred - Kinda boring, which sucks since the next two parts are awesome
Reaping Stone - This Black Sabbath tribute is saved by it's fast and heavy mid section
Im-Ho-Tep - Just boring
Hollow Man - Not even Barlow can save this song from failing
Divide And Devour - The lyrics ruin this song

I think people don't like it [at least in my case] because I heard Written on The Walls first. Then when I got DOP and listened to Cast in Stone, expecting a new song, it was the WOTW riff, and I thought they got the title wrong. Then Barlow started singing out of time with Gene's rhythm and it just wasn't good. I will admit the song is starting to grow on me, but I still like WOTW way better.

I like Cast in Stone , it is kinda in the middle for me , what I meant by that is it isn't one of their best or worst songs IMO. It is just kinda there. I do like Barlow's vocals on it, but then again I heard Angel's Holocaust from DOP , went out and bought Burnt Offerings because they didn't have DOP , and have been a fan ever sense. Sorry kinda got off on a tangent I have a way of doing that..lol
Since we are on the least favorite post , I will say my least favorite song on Cruicible is Minions of the Watch.

What I meant by my story about my journey to be an IE fan , is that maybe since I started as a Barlow fan , that makes me bias towards Matt's vocals. I have listened to Written on the Walls and thought it was a good song , but I wish they had Matt do the vocals for it instead of re writing the song. I do think Cast in Stone is alright though.

Okey, we all know that Matt is our Iced Earth voice and I love him, but Tim wasn't so bad after all, and the song is great, but it would be better with Matts vocals on it!
Beside the voice, it is one of the best songs on the "Framing Armaggedon"!

Well I think you are right in a way, there is very much going on in that song, maybe too much....
He made the song too complicated, so the hearers ear can not catch up with the many different guitar lines.

The Clouding imo is the best song on Framing Armageddon. The Domino Decree is a GREAT song! I really love the organ, and the chorus is really superb! I mainly like it because the chorus actually gives me a little Metroid vibe, I'd love to hear it sung by Barlow! I think the most disappointing songs on the album might have to be Infiltrate And Assimilate, and When Star Collide, they just don't have a full punch behind them. WSC is a great song overall though...
