but he did go to flordia at 16
and about the logo not all of them are the same actually,
im reffering to the IE logo
if you look at them you'll see that as i have said they are not all the same

Could anyone upload the logos of Purgatory and The Rose?

By the way I never heard about "The Rose".

Is it a name Jon considered for his band before thinking about Purgatory or Iced Earth?

Before Purgatory it was The Rose. Before moving to Florida Jon had Greg Seymore and other band members in Indiana with only Greg going Jon. The transition happened sometime in Florida when they were looking for new members.

Idk what music they had at first. It could have simply been all the purgatory stuff.
