Alright, first, you need a new e-mail [or at least one that isn't signed up for any myspace account]
Then, from the home menu, click on "Music"
Then hit "Artist Signup"

I don't know what the search button looks for, but this thread's title is MySpace with a capital S, maybe that's why it didn't find it, I don't know.
