Not yet, no. I did contact Artist Arena on Friday about this though and they said the money would be refunded during the next week so we'll see...
And I agree about Jon needing to get a new tour manager... I almost sent the management company some hate mail already when I heard about this cancellation
You just can't imagine my disappointment when I got this mail. Few days before they ask you which T-shirt size you need and the they just cancel it all.
I was looking forward to meeting them since I bought the ticket two and a half months ago,I even planned what to ask them.

Heres a breakdown.
(my theory #1)
Saxon and IE is a Co-headline Tour, meaning that both bands either travel together (same transport, same hotels same shit) together or just move at the same time to insure the safety an punctuality, of the tour.
Opening-lower support can be replaced quickly or not at all, they continue the show without batting an eye. A co-headline is twice the potential to a FUBAR situation.

Saxon/tour promotion did not want to deal with it. Not dissing Saxon just pointing out a possibility.

The blunders of the management both merch/Venue, have put too much of a strain to organize these VIP things properly. _________________
