YES! Adam you are right.
BUT we need to stop going to the same old metal fans and introduce non-metal fans to this release. Two in one: bring new blood to the band and to metal. Imagine being introduced to metal via ICED EARTH! |

1st time I ever heard Iced Earth was when they accompanied Heaven & Hell (black sabbath) on a UK tour, Iced Earth were awesome!! I believe we need to target fans of the old classic rock bands such as black sabbath, iron maiden, led zeppelin, def leppard, etc. These are the type of people who love progressive metal with powerful vocals and epic guitar solos, this is Iced Earths style in a nutshell. And im meeting Jon Schaffer in 14 days at the bloodstock festival, i'll get tonnes of pics and dont worry everybody, i'll let you know what hes like in person by the 20th of august!! hehehe

On Graspop Jon/The Rest of IE weren't allowed to even speak to any fans! So if you don't have like an personal interview or something I doubt you'll be able tell how he is in person!
But well we hope for the best! Have a nice time
